Wednesday 21st June should’ve been a weigh day but we have no scales in Phong Nha. I did do my measurements and found the results not to be too bad;
Bust no change,
Waist +2cm,
Hips no change,
Right Thigh +0.5cm,
Right Calf -1cm,
Left Thigh +1cm,
Left Calf no change.
My thighs now measured the same as each other but my calves had a 1cm difference. I watched the sun rise from the bedroom window, watched some cookery show on Netlfix then got ready for a day away from the heat of the Glass House. I was more used to the hot room now but it was still unpleasant once the sun heated up the roof.
I decided to cycle to Victory Road Villas to work there and had pho, fresh coconut and jasmine tea for breakfast.
For lunch I had the chicken, lettuce and bacon sandwich with french fries which was very tasty and filling. This meant I wouldn’t need any dinner so, when I finished work around 8.30pm, I just had an apple and some peanuts.
I’d spent 400,000vnd (£13.20) and I’d not used the pool as I didn’t have time. This holiday I had not been swimming very much at all and I did miss having a pool. I had an early night because tomorrow I had plans to meet up with friends and go out out! The Wiringi’s, our New Zealand friends, were back in Phong Nha for a visit and they were staying at the Phong Nha Farmstay.
